Sushi on a platter

Makoto sushi bar in Chatswood, part of the Masuya Group of Japanese restaurants, serves original sushi and sashimi dishes made with fresh seafood bought daily from the Sydney Fish Markets. They have recently renewed their popular takeaway platter menu which includes the deluxe combination platter, with prawn, salmon, eel and sea urchin ($68.80 serves three); the sushi deluxe ($20); and the calamari sushi platter ($9.80). Makoto Chatswood, at 336 Victoria Ave, Chatswood, is open seven days.
