The "pelvic correction routine" involves simple exercises and stretches designed to re-align the pelvis, which can become distorted by unnatural movements and poor posture. A distorted pelvis can cause chronic fatigue and sluggishness, poor blood circulation, swelling in the legs and excess fat and water retention, making it difficult to lose weight.
Many people, including up to 80 per cent of women according to some studies, suffer from some degree of pelvic distortion, which can affect the size of the waist and hips.
Unlike other diets, the pelvic correction routine doesn't involve drastic cuts to food consumption but works by improving bodily functions and metabolism, making it suitable for almost everyone. By doing the exercises for a few minutes every day, muscles are tightened, posture is improved and the body's internal and external balance is restored. The pelvic correction routine can improve concentration, digestion and poise, helping you look and feel healthy.
