陶芸展示会「Japanese Pottery」開催 - 2007年9月20日

　東京国立近代美術館所蔵の陶芸品を集めた展示会「Japanese Pottery: The Rising Generation from Traditional Japanese Kilns」が10月10〜26日、ジャパンファウンデーション･シドニー･ギャラリーで開催される。展示会のテーマは「器」。日本陶芸界の将来を担う有望アーティスト、35人の斬新な陶芸品の数々が、ジャパンファウンデーション･ギャラリーほか、シドニー市内の紀伊国屋書店ギャラリー･スペースに展示される。
　世界ツアーの一貫として行われる同展示会はその後、11月14〜27日にパース、12月半ば〜2008年1月半ばにはブリスベンで開催が予定されている。
